We have been receiving many orders with one or two pages at low resolution. This slows us down as we don't want to send you, or charge you for that matter, pages that are grainy & pixelated. We stop the whole process to call or email the client & have them reupload. PLEASE, PLEASE make sure your photoshop designs are saved at a high resolution JPEG & not "for the web"! It will look great on your screen but not in your hands! The uploader will take .png files, and we will print them, but this does cause us to convert the files from png's to jpeg's so if you can please save your files as stated as high quality jpg's.
